Corporate Training that people actually remember on Monday morning

Most training sessions generate nodding heads and full notebooks. Two weeks later, nothing has changed. We build programmes around the specific friction points inside your teams, then measure whether behaviour shifts for real.

What we teach

Each programme runs as a half-day, full-day or multi-week sprint. We adapt the format to your calendar, not the other way around.

Leadership coaching session in a modern office

Leadership labs

For new and mid-level managers who got promoted because they were good at their old job, not because anyone taught them to lead. We work through real scenarios from your company: difficult feedback conversations, delegation under pressure, and the tricky gap between being liked and being respected. Cohorts of eight to twelve people, running over four weeks.

Colleagues reviewing performance data together

Cross-functional communication

Engineering blames sales. Sales blames product. Product blames everyone. This one-day workshop puts mixed groups through structured exercises that expose where hand-offs break down. Teams leave with a shared vocabulary and a set of agreements they drafted themselves, which makes them far more likely to stick.

Presentation and influence

Slide decks with forty bullet points do not persuade anyone. In this two-day programme, participants rebuild a real presentation they need to give at work. We film practice rounds, review them together, and refine structure, pacing and delivery until the message lands in under five minutes.

Workshop materials spread across a table during a strategy session

Strategic thinking for individual contributors

Strategy is not only a C-suite job. Senior individual contributors often struggle to connect their daily output to company goals. This programme teaches mental models for prioritisation, trade-off analysis and stakeholder mapping over three half-day sessions spread across six weeks.

Role-play exercise during a negotiation skills workshop

Negotiation and difficult conversations

We pair participants up and run them through scripted scenarios drawn from common workplace conflicts: budget disputes, scope creep, performance reviews that have been postponed too long. Each round is debriefed with specific, actionable feedback. One day, maximum twelve people.

How an engagement works

1. Diagnostic call (30 minutes, free)

We talk to the sponsor and, when possible, two or three participants. The goal is to identify the gap between current behaviour and the behaviour the business needs. We do not send a generic brochure after this call. You get a one-page brief describing what we heard and what we would focus on.

2. Programme design (one to two weeks)

Our facilitators write the session plan, select case studies relevant to your sector, and draft pre-work materials. If you have internal data (engagement surveys, 360 feedback, exit interviews) we fold that in so the exercises feel familiar rather than theoretical.

3. Delivery

Sessions happen on-site at your offices or at a venue we arrange. Group sizes stay between six and fourteen. Larger cohorts get split into parallel tracks with a shared opening and closing.

4. Follow-up pulse (30 and 60 days)

Each participant receives a short survey at the 30-day and 60-day marks. We compile the results into a report for the sponsor, highlighting which behaviours have shifted and where reinforcement might help. This step is included in every engagement at no extra cost.

Questions we hear often

Three to four weeks is comfortable. We have run programmes with ten days of lead time when the brief was clear and the group was small, but the pre-work quality suffers when we rush. For multi-week sprints, six weeks of notice is better.
Yes, though we are honest about the trade-offs. Role-play exercises and group debriefs lose energy over video. When a client insists on remote delivery, we shorten sessions to 90-minute blocks and spread them across more days to avoid screen fatigue.
A single full-day workshop for up to twelve people starts at £2,400 excluding VAT. Multi-week leadership sprints are quoted per cohort after the diagnostic call because the scope varies. We do not charge per head; the fee covers design, delivery, materials and the 60-day follow-up.
Roughly a third of our clients are based in England. We travel to their offices for delivery days and handle the diagnostic and design phases remotely. Travel costs within the UK are included in the quoted fee.
Most of our work falls into professional services, technology and financial services. We have also delivered programmes for NHS trusts and two large housing associations. The diagnostic stage is where we learn your context, so the industry label matters less than the specific problems your teams face.
